The Tod’s women’s collection for SS 2014

Tod’s began as an Italian family-run business in the early 1900s  and Dorino Della Valle started the shoemaking business out of a basement in the late 1920s. And  now Tod’s is renowned for refined craftsmanship as each design is handmade using traditional and modern techniques to ensure the renowned high standards are upheld, fusing tradition with modernity to make the luxurious classic footwear. In the 70s Dorino’s elder son and now Tod’s chairman Diego Della Valle transformed his grandfather’s shoemaking business into the luxury lifestyle brand of shoes, and famed for the quality and hand craftsmanship of its goods, the Italian label’s ‘Gommino’ driving shoe was the first iconic design of many.
