John Galliano – Scarves for AW13 – SS14
There is no doubting that when it comes to designers, there is only one that is flamboyant and exuberant man, and that is John Galliano. The son of an English plumber and an Andalusian mother, born in Gibraltar in 1960 and moved to London where he then went onto the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. In recent years, John Galliano has amazed everybody with his talent and his recklessness.
It is widely known that he is the most eclectic British designer to come from England and with his collections he has infused a new life in the Brit-chic style since the 1990s. And now the very dashing and debonair Mr John Galliano has launched a range on scarves and hats and the ‘It’ scarf trend shows no sign of slowing down.
And how to wear these scarves?. For the autumn/winter 2013/14 season, it’s the perfect time to tuck them into your coat or jacket to give your outfit a little extra interest. A wool scarf is the perfect investment, whilst making a statement with subtle colour, pattern or design.
